What we know about the multiplayer gameplay so far is that the major focus is on colouring the land and marking your team's territory with paint. As you can imagine, this doesn't exactly translate well into a single player experience. In order to provide a fulfilling campaign, Nintendo has taken the core gameplay mechanics of Splatoon's multiplayer and reworked them into something completely different.

Ron DelVillano is a writer, editor, and illustrator currently residing in Seattle, Washington. He has been creating and managing web content for the Oakland University Writing Center in Rochester, Michigan for over five years now, as well as providing administrative support to clients and staff. During his four years writing for Nintendolife.com, Ron has also garnered experience in the video games industry, creating content for the website in the form of reviews, previews, interviews, and event correspondence. He is interested in combining the experience from these two positions and eventually creating or editing content for gaming publishers and developers.

In addition to his professional experience, Ron has also been writing, drawing, and self-publishing comics and art in print and on the web for over five years. His work has been featured in such publications as The Oakland Journal, Nintendo Force, Swallow the Moon, and a collection of short stories titled The Lost Worlds of Power.
